Code of Ethics
· At Blue Skies Bulldogges we will advertise our kennel and Bulldogges in a way that is entirely honest, straightforward and not misleading in any way.
· At Blue Skies Bulldoges we will not sell any of our dogs to a puppy mill, pet shop or commercial facility.
· At Blue Skies Bulldogges we will keep and meticulously maintain all records of our dogs. These records include but are not limited to: registration certificates, stud service contracts, pedigrees, vaccination records, breeding records and breeding contracts.
· Blue Skies Bulldogges will maintain and provide the highest possible standards of care for all of our dogs. This is including but not limited to providing appropriate and healthy food, maintaining a clean living environment and providing proper veterinary attention.
· At Blue Skies Bulldogges, we will carefully select each breeding with the intent of improving and advancing our line of Olde English Bulldogges.
· When pairing for breeding, Blue Skies Bulldogges will focus on matching a breeding pair where both stud and brood bitch are not only are in good health, but have IOEBA approved conformation, meet IOEBA’s set criteria for breed standards and are of gentle disposition.
· At Blue Skies Bulldogges we will maintain and protect the lineage, identity and pedigree of our dogs. This is including but not limited to: photo documentation of our dogs, microchips, pedigrees and registration papers.
· Blue Skies Bulldogges will provide each person who buys a Blue Skies Bulldogge puppy with IOEBA registration papers at the time of sale unless other written arrangements have been made.
· Blue Skies Bulldogges will not release puppies to their forever homes until they are at least seven weeks old. Blue Skies Bulldogges reserves the right to hold puppies that are to be shipped for an additional week if it is deemed necessary.
· Blue Skies Bulldogges will make a point to educate potential Bulldogge owners on the history of their breed, health and temperament.
· Blue Skies Bulldogges will provide safe and healthy socialization for all of our puppies. Additionally, we will handle our puppies multiple times on a daily basis in order to help ensure their socialization and attachment with humans.
· Blue Skies Bulldogges will not participate in any dog fighting or anything that could harm the dog or that is illegal. Additionally, no Blue Skies Bulldogge puppies will be sold for this purpose.
